The San Francisco 49ers anticipate having Deebo Samuel and George Kittle available for their Sunday night game against the Dallas Cowboys.
Although Samuel and Kittle are listed as questionable, sources conveyed to ESPN's Adam Schefter their likely participation. This is a positive development for the team, which recently lost Brandon Aiyuk for the season due to a knee injury and will also miss Jauan Jennings because of a hip problem.
Samuel was briefly hospitalized because of an illness that led to fluid accumulation in his lungs. He managed to return to a limited practice session on both Thursday and Friday.
Meanwhile, Kittle, facing a foot sprain, skipped Wednesday's practice but was present on a limited basis the following two days.
San Francisco's cornerback Deommodore Lenoir and safety George Odum are still uncertain for the game due to an illness and a knee issue, respectively.
If victorious against the Cowboys, the 49ers have the chance to reach a 4-4 record.
