New York Jets News & Updates

New York Jets quarterback Aaron Rodgers experienced a low ankle sprain, but he is anticipated to play in the upcoming game on Monday night against the Buffalo Bills.

Rodgers underwent an initial assessment and is expected to make a full recovery.

Playing in London, Rodgers encountered heavy pressure, enduring 25 hits over the last two games. His ankle injury occurred in the third quarter when his leg became trapped under a group of players.

Despite these injuries, Rodgers almost led a late rally but ended up throwing his third interception, equaling a personal record.

The Jets' offense has been struggling, managing only two touchdowns in the last two games. Rodgers is ranked 20th in Total QBR with a score of 48.8. Nevertheless, the team is just one game behind the Bills in the AFC East standings.

Coach Robert Saleh remains optimistic about the team despite recent challenges and intends to keep offensive coordinator Nathaniel Hackett.

Nickelback Michael Carter II strained his hamstring during pregame warmups and participated in only one defensive play before leaving the field.
