Cleveland's offense is struggling, ranking 31st overall and 30th in passing, while their defense stands at 12th overall and 15th in passing. The Raiders' offense is better, ranked 21st overall and 4th in passing, though their defense is lagging at 30th overall and 29th against the rush.

Key players to keep an eye on include Cleveland's quarterback Deshaun Watson, who has had difficulties in the first three games, and Raiders' quarterback Gardner Minshew, who has performed well but hasn't yet fully boosted the offense.
