Numerous teammates from the Buccaneers attended the gala to show their support, and Godwin expressed his disappointment that the team could not secure a win for him in a recent match. Fellow receiver Mike Evans, also dealing with an injury, is anticipated to return after the team's bye week in Week 11. Godwin remains confident that his teammates will make necessary adjustments to improve the team's current record of 4-4.
