Buffalo Bills Dominate Miami Dolphins Amid Tua Tagovailoa's Concussion Incident

James Cook led the way with three touchdowns, helping the Bills secure a 31-10 win over Miami. Dolphins quarterback Tua Tagovailoa experienced a concussion in the third quarter after a collision and was replaced by Skylar Thompson, causing concern due to his history of head injuries.

Despite wearing a glove on his non-throwing hand, Josh Allen completed 13 of 19 passes for 139 yards, adding to his impressive record against the Dolphins. Buffalo's defense intercepted Tagovailoa three times and limited Miami's offense to a touchdown and a field goal.

Buffalo capitalized on Miami's turnovers, scoring 10 points from two interceptions in the first half. Even with several starters missing, the Bills defense generated three turnovers and kept Miami under control.

Miami's star receiver, Tyreek Hill, was restricted to three catches for 24 yards amid ongoing issues following a police incident earlier in the week.

In the second half, Cook contributed a 49-yard touchdown run, increasing Buffalo's lead. Tagovailoa's third interception, returned 31 yards for a touchdown by Ja'Marcus Ingram, secured the win for the Bills.

Tagovailoa's injury brings uncertainty to the Dolphins' quarterback situation. Coach Mike McDaniel voiced concern for his player's health and stated the team would conduct further evaluations.

The Bills will face Jacksonville at home on Monday, September 23, while the Dolphins head to Seattle on Sunday, September 22.

For the Bills, middle linebacker Terrel Bernard left with a pectoral injury and did not return.
