Caleb Williams delivered an impressive performance, throwing for 304 yards and two touchdowns. DJ Moore was the recipient of both scoring passes and accumulated 105 yards in a game against his former team. The Chicago Bears secured a 36-10 victory over the Carolina Panthers.
This marked the Bears' second consecutive win, capitalizing on key acquisitions from a trade with Carolina in 2023. D'Andre Swift also made a notable contribution, amassing 120 yards from scrimmage and scoring a touchdown.
Williams effectively exploited a vulnerable Panthers defense, completing 20 out of 29 pass attempts without any interceptions. Moore successfully caught five passes and scored touchdowns from 34 and 30 yards out.
Swift managed to run for 73 yards and a touchdown, in addition to gaining 47 yards through the air. Roschon Johnson found the end zone twice, sparking an altercation that led to multiple ejections. The Bears extended their winning streak at home to eight games.
For Carolina, Andy Dalton faced difficulties, leading to Bryce Young taking the field in the closing moments. Chuba Hubbard contributed with 97 rushing yards and a touchdown, but the Panthers struggled on offense after their initial points.
