Kansas City Chiefs News & Updates

This week, the Kansas City Chiefs will see the return of running back Isiah Pacheco and defensive end Charles Omenihu to practice. Both players have been absent due to injuries.

Since early in the season, Pacheco has been on the injured reserve list with a broken fibula. Omenihu sustained an ACL tear during last season's AFC Championship Game.

The Chiefs have a three-week timeframe to move Pacheco and Omenihu to the active roster.

Over the past two seasons, Pacheco has been the team's top rusher. In 2023, Omenihu recorded seven sacks in 11 games for the Chiefs.

This season, Kareem Hunt has stepped in as the Chiefs' leading back in place of Pacheco.
