At Empower Field at Mile High, the Denver Broncos triumphed over the Carolina Panthers with a score of 28-10. Broncos quarterback Russell Wilson achieved 194 passing yards and threw for a touchdown, and running back Javonte Williams contributed with 102 rushing yards and a touchdown.
Quarterback Baker Mayfield led the Panthers, completing 16 of 24 passes for 171 yards, though he also threw an interception. Running back D'Onta Foreman contributed 52 rushing yards along with a touchdown.
The Broncos started strong and maintained their advantage throughout the game. They opened the scoring with a 1-yard touchdown run by Williams on their first drive. The Broncos' defense also played a significant role in their success, intercepting Mayfield once and sacking him three times. Cornerback Patrick Surtain II stood out with two pass breakups.
With this victory, the Broncos' record improves to 2-1, while the Panthers' record falls to 1-2.
