Minnesota Vikings News & Updates

The Boston Red Sox claimed a win against the New York Yankees with an exciting 5-3 game at Fenway Park on Friday night.

J.D. Martinez spearheaded Boston's offense, hitting a home run that leveled the score in the sixth inning and later delivering a double in the eighth that put them ahead. Xander Bogaerts also made an impact with a solo home run in the second inning.

Nathan Eovaldi delivered a solid performance on the mound for the Red Sox, giving up only two runs across seven innings, striking out six batters, and allowing two walks.

The Yankees initially took the lead with a home run by Giancarlo Stanton in the first inning, followed by another run scored in the second inning through a groundout by DJ LeMahieu.

Despite this early lead by the Yankees, the Red Sox bullpen remained resilient, with Matt Strahm and Hansel Robles teaming up to pitch two hitless innings and ensure the victory.
