Miami Dolphins News & Updates

Miami Dolphins quarterback Tua Tagovailoa has been announced by coach Mike McDaniel as cleared to play in Sunday's game against the Arizona Cardinals.

Tagovailoa had a concussion during a game on September 12th and was placed on injured reserve. Since September 13th, he experienced no symptoms and was allowed to practice earlier this week. After practicing without limitations on Thursday, he completed the protocol.

In consultation with medical experts and with the support of his family and doctors, Tagovailoa has chosen to continue his career. He did not think about retiring.

During Tagovailoa's absence, the Dolphins had difficulties, losing three out of four games and ranking last in terms of scoring. Nonetheless, wide receiver Tyreek Hill is optimistic that Tagovailoa's return will greatly enhance the team's offense.

McDaniel also confirmed the return of safety Jevon Holland and linebacker Emmanuel Ogbah, both of whom missed the last game due to injuries. Unfortunately, cornerback Kader Kohou and defensive tackle Zach Sieler will be unavailable, resulting in the team missing two defensive starters.
