Cincinnati Bengals News & Updates

According to a source, Cincinnati Bengals cornerback Dax Hill is expected to be out for the rest of the season because of a torn ACL in his right knee. Hill sustained this injury during the first quarter of Sunday's game against the Baltimore Ravens, which ended in a defeat for the Bengals.

After the game, Coach Zac Taylor showed concern about how serious Hill's injury might be. Hill, who was the team's first-round draft pick in 2022, has been performing well as a cornerback this season even though the Bengals have faced some challenges on defense.

DJ Turner, who was drafted in the second round in 2023, took Hill's place during the game and is the expected choice to start in Hill's absence. The Bengals defense, which currently ranks low in the league for points allowed per drive and defensive success rate, will need Turner to step up and enhance their performance.
