On Sunday, the Los Angeles Rams emerged victorious against the Arizona Cardinals in an exciting matchup. The Rams started strong by scoring a touchdown on their first drive. Although the Cardinals managed to get on the scoreboard with a field goal, the Rams increased their advantage by adding another touchdown in the second quarter.
The Cardinals made a strong push in the second half by scoring two touchdowns. However, the Rams countered each of the Cardinals' touchdowns with one of their own. Ultimately, the Rams secured a close win with a final score of 34-31.
Cooper Kupp delivered an impressive performance for the Rams, with 9 receptions totaling 122 yards and a touchdown. Matthew Stafford also performed well, completing 26 out of 38 passes for 287 yards along with two touchdowns.
On the Cardinals' side, Kyler Murray passed for 316 yards and achieved three touchdowns. DeAndre Hopkins was the leading receiver for the team, making 7 catches for 101 yards.
With this victory, the Rams advanced to a 3-0 record, while the Cardinals fell to 1-2. Looking ahead, the Rams will compete against the San Francisco 49ers next week, whereas the Cardinals are set to play against the Carolina Panthers.
