Atlanta Falcons News & Updates

In a recent game against the New Orleans Saints, the Atlanta Falcons' kicker, Younghoe Koo, had difficulties, failing to convert three field goal attempts.

Despite these challenges, Coach Raheem Morris expressed his belief in Koo's abilities, regarding the missed opportunities as merely an unfortunate day.

Among the missed goals was a pivotal 46-yard attempt in the final quarter that could have evened the score. Koo also failed a first-quarter attempt, and another was deflected.

Koo, known for his reliability over the past ten years, has faced difficulties this season, successfully completing 70.8% of his field goals.

He remains determined, focusing on the future and not dwelling on previous performances.

Quarterback Kirk Cousins mentioned that the team should have scored more touchdowns to reduce the reliance on Koo's field goals.

Despite the inaccuracies, both Coach Morris and Koo's teammates continued to show their support, acknowledging his importance to the team and the inherent difficulties of his role.
