New York Giants News & Updates

The New York Giants plan to have Evan Neal as their right tackle for the upcoming game against the Carolina Panthers in Germany.

Evan Neal, who was a first-round draft selection, has seen minimal play this season with just two offensive snaps. He will be stepping in for Jermaine Eluemunor, who is shifting to the left tackle position.

Jermaine Eluemunor, who has been the starting right tackle for the first nine matches, is being moved largely due to Neal's superior pass blocking abilities. Eluemunor's pass rush win rate has been lower compared to Neal's.

Neal's development has been impacted by his challenges during his initial seasons and an ankle injury that occurred last year. Although coach Brian Daboll was hesitant, the team is providing Neal with an opportunity to start against the Panthers who are known for having a weaker pass rush.
