New York Giants News & Updates

The rookie wide receiver for the New York Giants, Malik Nabers, will not participate in Sunday's match against the Cincinnati Bengals due to a concussion. Nabers is still following the concussion protocol and did not practice this past week. Coach Brian Daboll has not shared any details about his condition.

Darius Slayton is set to start in the wide receiver position for the second consecutive game. There's a chance that rookie Tyrone Tracy might also be involved in the running back role, especially since Devin Singletary is uncertain for the game because of an injury.

Two weeks earlier, Nabers was injured during a game against the Dallas Cowboys. While trying to catch a pass near the sideline, he landed hard on his face and did not return to the field afterwards. Nabers had been performing well early in the season, accumulating 35 catches, 386 yards, and three touchdowns over the course of his first four games. Unfortunately, his injury has hindered his progress.

Coach Daboll mentioned that the team aims to have Nabers return to the lineup for the upcoming game against the Philadelphia Eagles next week.
