Miami Dolphins News & Updates

In the third quarter, Miami Dolphins quarterback Tyler Huntley injured his right shoulder and did not come back to the game.

Tim Boyle, serving as the backup quarterback, stepped in for Huntley and completed 8 of 13 pass attempts, totaling 74 yards.

The injury to Huntley increases the uncertainty around the Dolphins' quarterback situation, with starting quarterback Tua Tagovailoa recovering from a concussion and third-string quarterback Skylar Thompson out due to a rib injury.

If Boyle is unable to play, Thompson is eligible to step in.

Prior to his departure from the game, Huntley completed 7 of 13 passes for 87 yards and connected with tight end Jonnu Smith for a touchdown.
