New Orleans Saints News & Updates

The New Orleans Saints are set to play the Carolina Panthers but will be missing three starting cornerbacks due to injuries.

Marshon Lattimore and Kool-Aid McKinstry cannot play because of hamstring injuries, and Paulson Adebo is on injured reserve with a season-ending femur injury. Alontae Taylor is the only healthy cornerback.

Ugo Amadi and Rico Payton are possible substitutes, although Payton is dealing with a back injury and is considered questionable.

The Saints have been dealing with numerous injuries this season; however, several players made a comeback last week, including Cesar Ruiz, Pete Werner, Taysom Hill, and Chris Olave.

Coach Dennis Allen mentioned they are looking into ways to lessen the number of injuries.

New injuries include Kendre Miller with a hamstring issue, Jamaal Williams with a groin injury, and Bub Means with an ankle problem. Quarterback Derek Carr is anticipated to return after missing three games.
