Injury-Hit Seahawks Defense Braces for Challenging Lions Matchup in Week 4

The Seattle Seahawks are set to miss another key defender, Jerome Baker, in their next game against the Detroit Lions.
With Baker out, the Seahawks are now without five of their top defenders, including Leonard Williams, Byron Murphy, Uchenna Nwosu, and Boye Mafe. Tyrice Knight and Drake Thomas are expected to step in at inside linebacker in Baker's place.
To bolster their ranks, the Seahawks have promoted Tyus Bowser and Quinton Bohanna from the practice squad. Additionally, rookie offensive linemen Michael Jerrell and Sataoa Laumea are listed as the team's other inactives.
A win would mark a significant milestone for Seattle's head coach Mike Macdonald, making him the 11th rookie head coach since 1970 to achieve a 4-0 start.
