Tampa Bay Buccaneers News & Updates

Tampa Bay Buccaneers starting right tackle Luke Goedeke will miss Sunday's game against Philadelphia because he is dealing with a concussion. Rachaad White, the team's starting running back, has been added to the injury list and is questionable due to an illness.

Goedeke has missed three straight weeks after suffering a concussion in Week 1. Although he fully participated in Thursday's practice, he was limited on Friday. The Buccaneers have given up 12 sacks in the two games played without him.

If White is either unavailable or restricted, Bucky Irving may step in. However, Irving is also questionable since a hamstring injury limited his practice sessions this week.

For the second week in a row, the Buccaneers have promoted veteran wide receiver Sterling Shepard from the practice squad. Rookie receiver Jalen McMillan is nursing a hamstring injury, and Kameron Johnson is dealing with an ankle issue. Additionally, punter Trenton Gill has been called up because of Jake Camarda's recent performance issues.
