Jacksonville Jaguars News & Updates

The Jacksonville Jaguars' quarterback, Trevor Lawrence, is expected to be absent from this Sunday's matchup against the Minnesota Vikings because of an injury to his left shoulder.

Lawrence sustained this injury in the Jaguars' defeat against the Philadelphia Eagles last week. This would mark his second game missed since he joined the team in 2021.

The team's management is unsure if Lawrence will be ready to return for the subsequent game against the Detroit Lions or if he will take an extended break due to the team's bye week that follows.

For the game against the Vikings, the Jaguars are also facing uncertainty regarding availability for wide receivers Brian Thomas Jr., who is dealing with a shoulder issue, and Gabe Davis, who has a chest injury.
