Jets Commit to Garrett Wilson as Trade Talks for Mike Williams Emerge Following Davante Adams Deal

After bringing Davante Adams on board, the Jets have been approached by other teams with interest in trading for Garrett Wilson.

Nonetheless, the team is committed to retaining Wilson and has no intention of trading him.

Since Adams joined, Wilson's market value has increased significantly, with other teams willing to offer substantial compensation for him in a potential trade.

While dismissing the trade speculation surrounding Wilson, the Jets are entertaining offers for their veteran wide receiver Mike Williams.

The Raiders showed initial interest in including Williams in the Adams deal but ultimately decided against pursuing it.

The Steelers and Chargers are reportedly interested in Williams, and they plan to resume talks with the Jets in the coming week.

The future departure of Williams from the Jets is still uncertain, and he has not publicly discussed any desire for a trade.

Despite Adams joining the team, Wilson is confident that he will continue to receive plenty of opportunities and is not worried about having a diminished role.
