Jets Place Star Receiver Allen Lazard on Injured Reserve; Riley Patterson Announced as Starting Kicker

With Lazard sidelined, the Jets are more inclined to retain Mike Williams, who was previously considered for trades but now has increased importance in Lazard's absence.

Lazard's strong season, highlighted by 30 receptions totaling 412 yards and five touchdowns, is a notable loss for quarterback Aaron Rodgers, who appreciates their on-field connection.

Additionally, Riley Patterson is set to replace the injured Greg Zuerlein as the Jets' kicker, while defensive tackle Leki Fotu has been put on injured reserve due to a knee injury.
