Justin Tucker, known for his remarkable accuracy, is facing an unexpected slump this season. The Baltimore Ravens' kicker has missed field goals in three straight games, all going wide left, a first in his 13-year career.
Tucker's current success rate of 62.5% places him at the bottom among kickers with at least three attempts. Ravens coach John Harbaugh pointed to a technical issue that Tucker is currently working on.
Even with these recent setbacks, Tucker remains the most accurate kicker in NFL history, boasting an 89.7% conversion rate. However, he has struggled with long-range attempts, successfully making only 1 out of 8 from 50 yards or more in the past two seasons.
In the recent game against the Cowboys, Tucker's 46-yard attempt started on target but then drifted left, marking his second miss from under 50 yards indoors.
Harbaugh voiced his support for Tucker, stressing his confidence in the kicker's abilities. Both the coach and Tucker are working together to fix the technical issue.
