Lions' Branch Issues Apology for Unsportsmanlike Behavior, Williams Ends Suspension

During the Detroit Lions' victory over Green Bay, Brian Branch was removed from the game for a late hit and making an offensive gesture towards the crowd. He later expressed regret for his behavior, admitting that his actions did not represent the person he strives to be.

The Lions' coaching staff advised Branch to aim lower when tackling and highlighted that he did not intend to harm anyone. Even after the ejection, Coach Dan Campbell complimented Branch's skills.

Jameson Williams, who returned after a two-game suspension related to the NFL's drug policy, conveyed his appreciation for the support he received from Campbell. Although he chose not to discuss details about the suspension, Williams mentioned that he gained important insights from the experience.
