Houston Texans News & Updates

The fierce competition between the Red Sox and Yankees grew even more intense on Wednesday night, when they faced each other at Yankee Stadium. This game saw the return of Aaron Judge to the Yankees' roster following his impressive 62-home run season.

The Red Sox took the early lead in the first inning, thanks to a two-run home run from Trevor Story. However, the Yankees quickly responded in the second inning with Giancarlo Stanton hitting a solo home run. The Red Sox pulled ahead once more with a home run by Rafael Devers in the third inning, but the Yankees equalized in the fourth when Gleyber Torres hit a home run.

The game remained deadlocked until the eighth inning, when the Yankees secured the lead with a decisive two-run home run by Josh Donaldson. The Red Sox tried to rally in the ninth inning, getting a runner to third base, but they were unable to catch up and ultimately lost 5-4.

Although Aaron Judge did not have any hits in his return, going 0-for-4, he did manage to draw a walk during the eighth inning. Despite his struggle at the plate, the Yankees claimed their fifth consecutive victory and extended their lead in the AL East to three games.
