Marvin Harrison Jr., a rookie wide receiver for the Arizona Cardinals, has been cleared to play on Monday night against the Los Angeles Chargers after completing the NFL's concussion protocol, as announced by coach Jonathan Gannon on Saturday.
On Friday, Harrison took part in a full practice session following a limited practice on Thursday where he wore a noncontact jersey. Gannon mentioned that Harrison had a productive week of practice and is ready to participate in the game.
Harrison had to leave the Cardinals' game against the Green Bay Packers in the second quarter due to a concussion caused by a hit from linebacker Isaiah McDuffie. He was subsequently ruled out for the remainder of the game soon after the second half started.
There are no football games tomorrow.
