Miami Dolphins News & Updates

This week, Odell Beckham Jr. joined the Dolphins for the first time in practice after signing with them in May.

He had knee surgery during the offseason, which caused him to miss the initial four games while recovering. Beckham explained that both his surgery and a desire to spend more time with his family contributed to his delayed return.

Although eligible to play in the game against the Patriots, neither McDaniel nor Beckham confirmed his debut for this season. Beckham noted that staying on the PUP list was a selfless decision, allowing him to recover while not occupying a roster spot.

The Dolphins' offense has faced challenges at the start of the season, currently ranking last in scoring. Beckham remains confident about his rapport with Huntley, with whom he previously played on the Ravens.

While acknowledging the necessity for offensive improvements, Beckham does not feel extra pressure. He highlighted the importance of urgency and taking control of the game, also recognizing the strong performance by the team's defense.
