On Tuesday night at Scotiabank Arena in Toronto, the Boston Bruins secured a 4-1 victory against the Toronto Maple Leafs. Patrice Bergeron was a standout for the Bruins, contributing two goals, while Brad Marchand and Jake DeBrusk each added one. The Maple Leafs managed to score once, courtesy of Mitch Marner.

The Bruins established a lead in the first period with Bergeron finding the net for his initial goal of the evening. The game was leveled in the second period when Marner scored for the Maple Leafs.

During the third period, the Bruins surged ahead with a trio of goals. Bergeron netted his second, followed by goals from Marchand and DeBrusk, solidifying their lead.

The Bruins dominated in shots on goal with a tally of 40 against the Maple Leafs' 29. Tuukka Rask was instrumental for the Bruins, making 28 saves, while Frederik Andersen of the Maple Leafs stopped 36 shots.

This victory marked the Bruins' third consecutive win, raising their season record to 3-2-0. Conversely, the Maple Leafs faced their second loss in a row, bringing their record to 2-3-0.
