The New England Patriots faced off against the Philadelphia Eagles in a much-awaited Super Bowl LII. The Patriots started off well, with Tom Brady connecting a touchdown pass to Rob Gronkowski. Despite this, the tide turned in favor of the Eagles due to an interception by Brandon Graham.

Philadelphia moved ahead in the second quarter and widened their lead in the third. Nick Foles threw a touchdown pass to Alshon Jeffery and also scored a touchdown himself by running it in. The Patriots responded with a field goal but remained 10 points behind.

During the fourth quarter, the Patriots, led by Brady, launched an intense attempt to regain the lead. Brady managed to throw two touchdown passes to James White, equalizing the score. However, with only a few minutes left, Foles led the Eagles on a 75-yard drive, ending with a field goal by Jake Elliott that secured the win for Philadelphia.

Foles earned the title of Most Valuable Player for the game, while Brady's record-breaking performance was eclipsed by the Eagles' victory. The defeat ended the Patriots' aspirations for a perfect season, and the Eagles celebrated winning their first Super Bowl title in the team's history.
