Las Vegas Raiders News & Updates

The Las Vegas Raiders will be without their quarterback, Aidan O'Connell, for 4 to 6 weeks because of a broken thumb on his throwing hand.

O'Connell sustained the injury during a match against the Los Angeles Rams. He was struck on his follow-through while attempting a deep pass and had to be replaced by Gardner Minshew, who encountered difficulties with turnovers.

This season, Minshew has accumulated eight interceptions and three fumbles, which ties him for the highest number of turnovers in the NFL. In the game against the Rams alone, he threw four interceptions and fumbled the ball once.

Currently, the Raiders have no other quarterbacks under contract except for undrafted rookie Carter Bradley, who has not yet made his NFL debut.
