On Sunday, the Dallas Cowboys raised their winning streak to four games with a 24-19 triumph over the Detroit Lions.

This win did not come easily as the Cowboys contended with a formidable Lions defense, which forced a punt on their initial possession and intercepted a pass from quarterback Dak Prescott in the end zone.

Despite these challenges, the Cowboys' offense found its momentum in the second quarter. Prescott linked up with wide receiver CeeDee Lamb for a 60-yard touchdown, and running back Tony Pollard contributed a rushing touchdown, pushing Dallas to a 14-6 lead by halftime.

The Lions responded in the second half, managing a touchdown on their first drive of the third quarter. Nevertheless, the Cowboys retaliated with a field goal followed by a touchdown pass from Prescott to tight end Dalton Schultz, increasing their lead to 24-13.

Though the Lions narrowed the margin with a touchdown pass from Jared Goff to Quintez Cephus, it was insufficient to catch up. Dallas secured the win and enhanced their season record to 5-2.
