The Boston Celtics achieved a dominant 126-101 win against the Miami Heat in Game 5 of the Eastern Conference Finals, earning their spot in the NBA Finals.

Jayson Tatum was the top scorer for Boston, achieving 22 points alongside 12 rebounds and 8 assists. Jaylen Brown added 24 points, and both Marcus Smart and Derrick White each contributed 17 points.

The Heat struggled with their offense, as Jimmy Butler was limited to just 13 points. Only Kyle Lowry and Max Strus joined Butler in double-digit scoring, with 14 and 13 points respectively.

The Celtics controlled the game from the outset, establishing a 20-point advantage by halftime. Although Miami made a brief comeback in the third quarter, Boston once again surged ahead in the fourth, powered by a 14-0 scoring run.

With this victory, the Celtics move on to their first NBA Finals since 2010. They are set to compete against the winner of the Western Conference Finals featuring the Golden State Warriors and the Dallas Mavericks.
