Tennessee Titans News & Updates

Tennessee Titans coach Brian Callahan has made public that both starting center Lloyd Cushenberry III and starting safety Quandre Diggs will be out for the rest of the season. This decision comes after they sustained injuries during the team's overtime victory against the New England Patriots. Cushenberry is dealing with a torn Achilles, while Diggs has a foot injury. The team plans to place both players on injured reserve in the coming week.

Cushenberry, who had secured a four-year contract extension in March and was appointed as a team captain for the season, was replaced by Corey Levin during Sunday's game. Levin, who was brought up from the practice squad, will step in as the starting center if right guard Dillon Radunz is unavailable for the next matchup.

In the second quarter, Diggs was injured and Mike Brown took over his position. Brown is set to start at safety in the upcoming game against the Los Angeles Chargers, having performed well when filling in last week due to Amani Hooker's injury. Julius Wood is expected to act as Brown's backup.
