At his own request, Jamal Adams, a three-time Pro Bowl safety, has been released by the Tennessee Titans.
After being released from the Seattle Seahawks, Adams signed a one-year contract with the Titans in July. During his time with Tennessee, he participated in just 20 snaps across three games, with only a single snap played against the Miami Dolphins in Week 4.
Adams voiced his frustration about not getting enough playing time, expressing a desire to have a greater impact. The Titans explained that his limited participation was mainly due to a hip injury that restricted his practice time.
Now declaring himself fit, Adams is eager to sign with a new team where he believes he can significantly contribute.
