The Kansas City Chiefs have extended their winning streak by overcoming the San Francisco 49ers with a 28-18 victory in a Super Bowl rematch.

Despite throwing two interceptions, Patrick Mahomes guided the Chiefs with crucial plays, including a 33-yard run and a 1-yard touchdown.

The Chiefs' defense played remarkably, intercepting Brock Purdy three times. Kareem Hunt, the running back, contributed two touchdowns while the team accumulated 184 rushing yards.

As for the 49ers, Brandon Aiyuk had to leave the game due to a suspected ACL tear, and Trent Williams was disqualified after striking Bryan Cook on the helmet.

Ricky Pearsall, a rookie for the Niners, made his debut 50 days following an incident where he was shot in the chest during a robbery attempt.

The victory placed the Chiefs at 6-0, setting the stage for their upcoming game against Las Vegas, whereas the 49ers are now 3-4 and will host Dallas in their next game.
