Brandon McManus's Journey to Redemption: Kicker Rejoins NFL Following Sexual Assault Investigation Closure

After being under investigation by the NFL, Brandon McManus has now become part of the Green Bay Packers, following the conclusion of the inquiry.

His release from the Washington Commanders came in the wake of sexual assault accusations, and it was three weeks later that he signed with Green Bay.

McManus has stated that the legal issues have been settled, though he chose not to elaborate further.

Packer's General Manager, Brian Gutekunst, has expressed trust in McManus despite the past allegations, pointing out that they carried out an extensive background check and used the NFL's investigation as a basis.

Gutenkunst highlighted the importance of having an experienced kicker, given Green Bay's recent difficulties in that area.

Bringing with him a decade of experience from the Denver Broncos and a strong performance during his last season in Jacksonville, McManus is set to enhance the Packers' kicking efforts.
