Cleveland Browns News & Updates

Cleveland Browns tight end David Njoku is expected to make his return against the Washington Commanders. This would be his first game after experiencing a high ankle sprain in Week 1.

Although Njoku is classified as questionable, he did take part in practice sessions on Wednesday and Friday, with a break on Thursday. Even though he is anticipated to play, his participation could be restricted as he eases back into action.

The Browns are also looking forward to having offensive tackle Jedrick Wills Jr. back, following a knee injury in Week 3. Wills is also marked as questionable for the game on Sunday.

For the Washington Commanders, their backfield seems to be in good shape. Austin Ekeler has successfully passed the concussion protocol, and Brian Robinson Jr. is reported to be ready for the game.

Ekeler had suffered a concussion in Week 3 and missed the Week 4 win. Robinson, dealing with a right knee injury, was absent from practice on Wednesday and Thursday but was back on Friday, expressing improved health.
