Green Bay Packers News & Updates

The Green Bay Packers quarterback, Jordan Love, experienced a groin injury during Sunday's victory over the Jacksonville Jaguars, but it isn't expected to keep him out for an extended period.

Monday's examinations indicated a strain without any major harm. Love's participation in Sunday's game against the Detroit Lions will hinge on his progress throughout the week.

If Love is unable to participate, Malik Willis, who filled in for him on Sunday, is anticipated to start against the Lions.

In other news, cornerback Jaire Alexander's knee injury did not show any major issues. While his participation in Sunday's game is uncertain, the Packers will be observing his soreness.

Love incurred the injury during the initial drive, managing to complete the first half. After taking the opening snap of the third quarter, he limped to the sidelines and did not return, even though he wasn't officially ruled out.
