Packers wide receiver Romeo Doubs apologized for his actions that resulted in a suspension for one game.

Doubs was absent from two practice days, attributing his absence to mental issues rather than any health-related problems for himself or his family.

He clarified that his absence was not due to dissatisfaction with his role in the team's offense and mentioned that he spoke with his teammates upon his return.

Before his suspension, Doubs was the team's second-highest receiver in terms of statistics but had not yet scored a touchdown.

Coach Matt LaFleur stressed the importance of prioritizing team objectives, a sentiment that was supported by fellow player Christian Watson, who expressed confidence that the issue would be resolved soon.
