| Home record: | 8-0 |
| Away record: | 5-3 |
In 1999, the Tennessee Titans reached unparalleled success, posting an impressive 13-3 record. Guided by quarterback Steve McNair and running back Eddie George, the Titans' dynamic offense proved unbeatable, dismantling rival defenses. On the other side of the ball, a stout defense led by Kevin Carter and Jevon Kearse stifled opponents, allowing just 19.4 points per gameāthe lowest in the league. Although their season ended in a heartbreaking defeat to the Jacksonville Jaguars in the AFC Championship Game, the Titans secured their legacy with one of the most commanding regular seasons in NFL history.
